🥾 There is more than the Quilotoa Lake around Chugchilan. 🤩 One of the most beautiful hikes of Ecuador leads to this splendid Quilotoa Lake! 🌋 The part we liked the best in Cotopaxi National Park where the namesake volcano dominates, was horseback riding with a local cowboy, or chagra. 🌋 Only a couple of hours south of Quito, the capital of Ecuador, Cotopaxi is one of the highest active volcanoes in the world. 🇪🇨 Quito is the capital of Ecuador, and with a fairly unstable political situation, it’s not always very quiet in town 🪖 🍫 Where do you think the best chocolate in the world comes from❓
