  7. Beautiful photos! I love woven textiles. Whenever I travel I end up with pretty much knives, blankets, and leather as my souvenirs. I watched a Guatamalan woman work a very similar foot-loom once to make a blanket. Amazing how certain technologies are similar across the world.

    • Thanks! Tough to answer… I think the north was my favorite part. It is more rugged and remote, and people are really not used to tourists. It makes t very special. Plus the Gibbon Experience is a childhood dream come true 🙂
