🧭 This overlanding adventure is new for us, and we tackled it as we are preparing a big overlanding expedition in Namibia in a few months time… 🌅 There is an incredibly rich wildlife in this harsh environment of the Karoo, only a 5-hour drive from Cape Town. 🧭 Now we’re talking! The tarred roads are a distant memory and we are navigating the tracks of the remote Tankwa Karoo NP. The Jimny is in its element! 🧭 The adventure with our 4x4 Jimny fully geared up by @rentals.voetspore starts! 🧭 Off we go! In preparation for a big trip coming up in a few months, we are starting a 4x4 loop in the Karoo. 🐆 Rogge Cloof in the Karoo has implemented a fantastic cheetah rehabilitation program. The reserve stands on farmland that has been re-wilded and cheetahs that used to be part of the horrendous pet trade have been reintroduced successfully.
