🍲 Bibimbap is probably Korea’s most famous dish, and we love it! It felt logical to learn how to cook it while exploring the peninsula. 🌸 Not only the cherry blossoms are a candy to the eyes, but the short-lived blooming season of the magnolias adds a subtle fragrance announcing that spring has arrived. 🌸 The cherry blossom magic, captured in the south of South Korea in early April! 🌸 Our tour of the South Korean Peninsula continues, and the cherry blossoms are everywhere! 🥾 We are walking the last kilometers to reach Haeinsa Temple—one of the oldest on the Korean Peninsula—along the river running down the slopes of Mount Gaya. 🌸 This stunning plum tree is blooming in front of the spectacular 300-year-old Gakhwangjeon Hall, the largest wooden Buddha Hall in Korea here at Hwaeomsa Temple.
