The stunning UNESCO World Heritage of the Mont Saint Michel, in France is not only famous for its beauty and medieval architecture, but also for its salt meadow lambs (agneaux de pré salés).As the sea comes up and down, the meadows are regularly submerged and only very specific plants can grown there. They give the sheep grazing on them their a very caracteristic and delicious taste. The long walking on these extended areas with tricky soils contribute to raising healthy animals with a delicate texture.
